Job Description:
We’re seeking driven, self-motivated Sales Representatives to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is perfect for entrepreneurial individuals who excel at building relationships, closing deals, and earning uncapped income. You’ll promote Cleanite’s products to residential and commercial clients, retailers, and distributors while enjoying flexible hours and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage potential clients (homeowners, contractors, retailers, etc.).
  • Conduct product demonstrations to highlight Cleanite’s benefits.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide market feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Attend local trade shows or events (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales (cleaning/consumer goods a plus).
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-disciplined with a results-driven mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of surface care products (training provided).
  • Willingness to travel locally.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
